Recipe Ingredients for Cynthia's Paella

6 c. beef stock, no fat
4 c. long grain white rice
4 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. saffron
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 tomato, large
2 red peppers, chopped
16 prawns
4 oz. clams
16 mussels
8 oz. chicken, drumettes browned
6 oz. sausage

Recipe Directions for Cynthia's Paella

Carmalize onions in olive oil, add garlic and soften, add crushed saffron and rice, stirring to coat and toast slightly. Add beef stock and cook, covered until half the water is absorbed. Add chopped tomato and chopped peppers, stir. Place prawns, clams, mussels, chicken drumettes, and spicy sausage to rice mixture, cover and continue cooking until rice is done. Enjoy!!
