An easy, fairly quick, healthy soup with staples we usually have on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for cw quick vegi-chicken soup

2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 onion Spanish Onion
5 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 1/2 oz Top Ramen Ramen Noodle Soup
2 cup Fresh Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Recipe Directions for cw quick vegi-chicken soup

Boil & de-bone & de-skin chicken. Add to the chicken stock pot of hot water your quartered potatoes, sliced carrots, diced onion, minced garlic. When carrots & potatoes are mostly cooked, add frozen vegies. Cook 5 min. then add noodles and seasoning packet & a sprig of fresh herbs if you have any. Cook until noodles are done then turn off and let rest for 10-15 minutes. Remove sprig, serve and enjoy.
