  1. Sve�e brokole razdelimo na cvetove, liste in stebla. Stebla razre�emo na tanke rezine. Vse temeljito operemo in damo kuhat v osoljeno vodo. Kuhamo jih v odkriti posodi pribli�no 20 minut. Kuhane previdno odcedimo, ohladimo in prelijemo z jaj�nim prelivom ali z olj�nim oljem in limononim sokom.

  2. Jaj�ni preliv. Trdo kuhana jajca naribamo, dodamo olj�no olje, limonin sok in narezan �esen.
