Recipe Ingredients for cuury prawns

50 grams Carrots
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
1 cup Vegetables, Mixed
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 pkg Sugar Packet
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
60 grams Butter
1 cup Whole Milk
5.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
500 grams Prawns

Recipe Directions for cuury prawns

saute celery, onion, curry powder and butter in pan for 2 mins, add tomato and vegetables, saute another 2 mins, add flour cook 2 mins then add milk and water gradually until smooth, cook until it thickens then add chicken stock 2 cubes. add prawns warm through.
