1 large(17 g) Egg, Yolk
4 cup Whole Milk
4 large Egg, Whole
4 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Custard sauce

Dissolve the sugar in the milk over medium heat, then temper the eggs. Add the tempered eggs to the milk mixture, lower the heat and stir constantly until the sauce reaches desired thickness. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
