Recipe Ingredients for Custard

0.5 cup Whole Milk Vitamin D
0.25 cup, cubes Yam
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Custard

  1. Peel and chop yam, boil until soft, then mash.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

  3. Pour into custard dishes, put in dish with 1'' water, and bake at 350 until custard become solid, but not dry.

  4. Enjoy!
