Low calorie, low carb chicken fajitas

Recipe Ingredients for Curves chicken fajitas

2 tbsp olive oil
10 oz chicken breast (boneless, and skinless), sliced
1/2 onion, julienned (about 3/4 cup)
1/4 cup green pepper, julienned
1/4 cup red pepper, julienned
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp powdered cumin
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Curves chicken fajitas

In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add chicken and onion, and saute for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add peppers, chili powder, cumin and salt, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in cilantro and serve.
