Recipe Ingredients for Curtido

4 cup, shredded Cabbage
1 medium Carrots
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
4 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
2 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.33 tablespoon Oregano

Recipe Directions for Curtido

Pour 4 cups boiling water over cabbage, carrot, and jalapeno in bowl. Steep 5 min. Drain. Breaing vinegar, 1/2 cup water, salt, sugar, and oregano to a boil in saucepan. Pour over cabbage mixutre. Cover and cool
