1 cup, chopped(128 g) Carrots
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 Roll Rolls Wholemeal Bread
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Curry Veggie Roll

Cook all vegetables in a frying pan (use butter instead of oil to reduce fat) and add curry powder. When softened pour into roll (also can use pita or bread)
