Tomato based vegetable soup with curry and garlic seasoning

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Vegetable Soup

15 oz low sodium vegetable broth
8 oz tomato sauce
14 oz canned green beans
15 oz canned yellow corn
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
3 medium potatoes
6 carrots
4 garlic cloves
3 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Curry Vegetable Soup

  1. Add liquid ingredients into a pot

  2. Add canned vegetables including liquid to the pot

  3. Cut up raw vegetables and add

  4. Add seasonings

  5. Bring to boil

  6. Simmer until vegetables are cooked through

  7. Adjust seasonings as necessary
