A turkey spin on Jamaican Curry Chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Turkey

2 lb turkey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp curry powder
1/4 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Curry Turkey

  1. Cut Turkey into 2 inch cubes

  2. Season turkey with curry powder and chopped onion

  3. Heat Oil in dutch oven or heavy saucepan

  4. Remove onion pieces and brown turkey

  5. Drain excess oil

  6. Add water to onions, being sure to take all spices with the water

  7. Pour water in with turkey

  8. Cover and simmer until cooked
