13 oz Turkey Breast meat
4 tbsp Light Mayonaise
4 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
1 stalk celery
1/2 apple - red delicious
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup craisins
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Curry Turkey (or Chicken) Salad

  1. Mix curry and pepper with Mayonaise and yogurt.

  2. Chop all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients.
