Curry tuna with apple, raisins and walnuts. Great on single slice toasted whole wheat.

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Tuna

1 1/2 cup Chunk Light In Water Tuna
5 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil Mayonnaise
1 serving Raisins 100% Natural (Clover Valley)
2 oz Chef's Naturals Walnuts
1 medium (3") Apples
1 tbsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Curry Tuna

Drain three cans tuna. Chop apple with or without skin. Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve on wheat toast and a side salad.
