just had bit of things in my fridge to put together didn't have eggs but wanted a scramble made this for 2

Recipe Ingredients for curry tofu scramble

1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
70.54 grams Firm Tofu
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 tortillas 6" White Corn Tortillas 30ct
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
5 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
4 tbsp Curry Ketchup
4 ounce Deli Style - Honey Turkey Breast - 98% Fat Free - 4x6
1 tsp Curry Powder
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green

Recipe Directions for curry tofu scramble

cut all ingredients into bite size pieces put onion, bell peppers, jalapeno's, mushrooms, tortillas, deli meat into pan with 1 tbs of olive oil add salt pepper cook till brown or crispy add turmeric, curry to pan stir in let taste set in for a minute or 2 then serve on plate put fresh cut basil on top of scrambe then fresh cut tomato's then avacado on top optional to put curry ketchup hope u enjoy this is something i came up with don't know if any1 has it as a recipe especially from india ???=/
