1/2 cup white cabbage
1/2 cup red cabbage
1/2 onion
85 gram firm tofu
80 gram purple potato
50 grams Heinz curry sauce

Recipe Directions for Curry-Tofu-Eggplant Warm Salad

  1. Peel and cook potatoes

  2. Fry eggplant, than cabbage, onion and tofu

  3. Add a little bit of the sauce

  4. Take off heat, add potatoes

  5. Serve while it's warm!
