Recipe Ingredients for Curry Shrimp and Pasta with Mushrooms

6 ounces cooked shrimp
4 ounces Portabella mushrooms
6 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
4 ounces Penne Pasta
1 tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp Onion Flakes
1 tbsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Curry Shrimp and Pasta with Mushrooms

  1. Cook the Penne pasta according to the directions on the package, drain and set aside

  2. Heat the Red Wine Vinegar in a skillet, add the mushrooms and onion and cook it down over medium heat.

  3. Add the shrimp, pasta, curry powder and garlic powder and heat through.
