Easy, and loaded with good stuff!

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Shrimp and Brocolli

15 ounces brocolli
14 ounces shrimp
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon curry
1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper

Recipe Directions for Curry Shrimp and Brocolli

  1. Cut up brocolli into bite sized pieces. Use cooked shrimp, de-tail if necessary. Layer brocolli and use half of seasoning. Steam in microwave or steamer for half cooking time (for me, 4 minutes). Add shrimp and remaining spices. Steam for second half of time (4 minutes, again) until brocolli is the tenderness desired. Serve. So good and so easy!

  2. This makes 3 healthy sized 8.5-9 ounce servings.
