Curry sauce from 1950s Betty Crocker's New Picture Cookbook.

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Sauce

3 tbsp light olive oil
1/4 cup onion
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
3 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp Splenda
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3 tbsp chicken bouillon
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Curry Sauce

Saute onion in olive oil and curry powder. Add rest of powdered ingredients til blended. Add flour til bubbly then add water slowly til mixed thoroughly.
