Recipe Ingredients for Curry Sauce

25 g Pepper, Serrano
116 g onion
8 g garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1 2/3 c lite coconut milk
41 g roasted red pepper
21 g red curry paste
1/2 (cube g) Chicken Stock Cubes
1 T olive oil
2 T grated ginger
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Curry Sauce

Saute serrano, onion, ginger, and garlic in the oil until onion is soft. Add the white wine and simmer until pan almost dry. Add the curry paste, red pepper, and coconut milk. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Add the stock cube and lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste. Is delicious w/ thai basil or cilantro as topper.
