Recipe Ingredients for Curry Roasted Chickpeas

270 g Chickpeas, (1 1/2 cup) canned without salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne

Recipe Directions for Curry Roasted Chickpeas

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F

  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas

  3. Mix all ingredients and spread onto a lightly greased baking sheet in a single layer

  4. Stir every 15 minutes for 45 - 50 minutes until crunchy
