Recipe Ingredients for Curry Roasted Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil (pref avocado oil)
4 tbsp curry
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Curry Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Line baking sheet with foil

  2. Toss it all up.

  3. Roast it at 450 covered w/ foil in middle of oven for 15

  4. Broil for 5 til browned, or if you're patient, uncover and keep where it is, cooking 20 more mins and flipping 3 or 4 times til browned.
