Recipe Ingredients for Curry rice with vegetables

1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
2 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tbsp ginger
2 cups cauliflower
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup green onion
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup water
1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Curry rice with vegetables

cook spices in melted butter over medium heat. Add vegetables and rice and cook until well coated with spices. add chicken stock and water. bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium, then to low. Cook at low until done
