Salad will taste better the next day after the ingredients have had time to blend together. Stays well in fridge for up to a week.

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Rice Salad

12 cups rice, cooked
6 cups peas
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup green onion
3/4 cup oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp salt
2 tsp celery salt
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp curry powder
1 1/2 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Curry Rice Salad

  1. Cook rice

  2. Add bag of frozen peas while still warm and let cool together.

  3. Mix dressing and add to salad.

  4. Add chow mein noodles on the side before serving
