Recipe Ingredients for Curry Rice

4 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium apple Apples
3.5 serving Garbanzos Chick Peas
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
2 serving 100% Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Curry Rice

warm olive oil in pan, add diced onion. Saute for 3 minutes. Add chopped apple, saute for 3 min.s mix in curry & cayenne pepper..coat onion and apples. Add drained chick peas and cooked rice (4 c.s brown rice). Stir and cook until the rice and beans are warm. Serve as side dish.
