Not a completely sin free meal but oh so healthy. The trick is to eat it with a salad, and you won't need to eat that much, i normally eat half a serving....

Recipe Ingredients for Curry

400 g chicken breast
2 carrots
2 bell peppers
2 onion
2 cup water
400 g coconut milk
1 cup rice

Recipe Directions for Curry

  1. Cut up chicken, and veggies, mix coconut milk, water, curry paste, masala poweder, chili, in bowl, mix with meat and veggies. put in hot pan, let cook for about 30 minutes.

  2. Cook rice.

  3. Serve.
