Recipe Ingredients for curry pumpkin soup

29 oz Pumpkin
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Curry Powder
1 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
4 cup Vegetable Broth
1.5 cup Milk
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for curry pumpkin soup

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in flour and curry powder until smooth.

  2. Cook, stirring, until mixture begins to bubble. Gradually whisk in broth, and cook until thickened. Stir in pumpkin and evaporated milk. Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring just to a boil, then remove from heat.
