Recipe Ingredients for Curry powder

1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp black bean
2 tsp pepper, red, powder

Recipe Directions for Curry powder

  1. heat wok.

  2. saute black bean, skinned variety, till it turns golden brown.remove, keep aside.

  3. now saute coriander seeds till they turn light red.

  4. cool.

  5. coarsely grind black bean and coriander seeds together, add chilli powder.

  6. store in airtight container.
