Recipe Ingredients for Curry Potatoes and Vegetables

156 grams potatoes with skin, diced, boiled
1 medium tomato
1/2 medium green bell pepper
3 tablespoons red curry paste
1/2 medium yellow onion
245 grams mixed vegetables
3 cups water

Recipe Directions for Curry Potatoes and Vegetables

Place all ingredients, minus the vegetables in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours. Add vegetables and cook on high for another 30 minutes to an hour. Serve alone or over rice.
