Singapore style curried rice noodles with pork

Recipe Ingredients for Curry pork noodles

2 tbsp vegetable oil
8 oz rice noodles
12 oz ground pork
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp curry powder
3/4 cup cilantro
3/4 cup basil
2 tbsp fish sauce

Recipe Directions for Curry pork noodles

  1. Soak dried rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. Brown pork and add crushed garlic. Remove from pan.

  3. Saute sliced onion and pepper on medium high heat. Add noodles and cook until they begin to soften.

  4. Add curry and fish sauce. Stir to coat, adding a tablespoon or so of water so they don't stick together. Add pork and mix well.

  5. Remove from heat, stir in herbs and serve.
