Recipe Ingredients for Curry Lentil Veggie Burger

3 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain, Cooked
3 cup Lentil, red, cooked
2 cup, cubes Eggplant
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 cup, cubes Yam
20 g Cumin Powder
3 tbsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Fenugreek Seed
5 grams Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne
2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 tbsp Sesame Oil, Organic
1 oz Shitake Dried Mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
3/4 cup Pasta Sauce Roasted Tomato

Recipe Directions for Curry Lentil Veggie Burger

  1. Cook rice and lentils separately.

  2. Saute or roast veggies.

  3. Toast spices in sesame oil, then add veggies to it.

  4. Mix everything together in a large bowl.

  5. Form patties and then dry fry over medium heat.

  6. Freeze or eat right away with pineapple chutney, sliced tomato and avocado.
