Recipe Ingredients for Curry Kale Salad

2 1/2 cup, chopped Kale
2 1/2 dates Dates, Medjool
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 serving Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 medium Tomatoes
1/2 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
2 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds

Recipe Directions for Curry Kale Salad

blend all the dressing ingredients together in high speed blender. Pulse kale 2-3 times in food processor, or tear to your desired size. Pour the blended dressing over the kale and massage (with your hands.) Add cabbage and massage a little more. Add tomatoes and pumpkin seeds and toss lightly. Enjoy!
