Japanese curry ingredients with no sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Curry, Japanese, ingredients without sauce

227 g tofu
2 tbsp canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium potato, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks celery

Recipe Directions for Curry, Japanese, ingredients without sauce

  1. Cut all ingredients into bite size pieces.

  2. In a large skillet, stir fry onion & garlic with oil. Add all other ingredients and stir for a few min.

  3. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Cook on med. low heat with lid for 20 min. or until veg. are tender.

  4. Remove from heat and add Glico curry block. Stir until completely melted.

  5. Cover and set aside for 10 min.

  6. Serve hot with rice, pasta, or bread.
