Indian Curry with chicken & vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Curry chicken & vegetables, cw

2 cup Indian Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce
3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
4 cup diced Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 cup, precooked Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Curry chicken & vegetables, cw

  1. Wash and precut vegetables.

  2. Boil 1.5 quart of water, add sliced vegetables in the order of how long it takes to cook them. 1st carrots then wait 2-4 min before adding the others depending on cuts.

  3. Add celery, potatoes, & precooked chicken, and prepared sauce and mix well.

  4. Simmer until vegetables are as you like them. Turn off heat to meld flavors.

  5. Make rice for a bed (optional).

  6. Reheat & stir in peppers just before serving on bed of rice or in bowl with flatbread (optional).

  7. Note: Top with yogurt if too spicy (optional).
