Curry chicken salad with dried fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken Salad

1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
6 oz Dressing
0.25 cup Craisins, Cherry Flavor Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.5 oz Raisins
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
2 large Egg, Whole
1.5 serving Orange blossom honey
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken Salad

  1. Bake chicken until done.

  2. Once chicken has cooled, place in a food processor on 1st speed for 30 or 45 seconds, or until chicken in evenly chopped.

  3. Slice boiled eggs and stir them into the chicken.

  4. Add raisins and craisins to chicken and stir.

  5. In a separate bowl, combine miracle whip, honey, and spices. Adjust flavor of dressing before adding to chicken mixture.

  6. Combine chicken and dressing.

  7. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Chicken salad is better once it sits over night.
