Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken Salad

12 oz chicken, cooked & chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
2 scallions chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped loosely packed
3 T Light Mayonaise
1 T Curry
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken Salad

  1. Add rasins to mocrowavable cup, add 1 T water and microwave for 30 seconds.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate several hours for flavor to mix.
