Just as the name implies: chicken salad with curry powder.

Recipe Ingredients for curry chicken salad

30 ounces chicken breast
1 cup light mayo
5 ounces celery
3 ounces carrots
2 ounces onion
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cups raisins
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for curry chicken salad

  1. Cook chicken.

  2. Throw it in a food processor with the veggies.

  3. Mix dressing ingredients, stir together with raisins.
