Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken Salad

16 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped celery
8 ounce sliced or chopped water chestnuts, drained
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
2 ounce slivered almonds
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoon mango chutney
1 Salt

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken Salad

Cook the chicken and let cool completely. Chop all solid ingredients. Mix all dressing ingredients and combine with chicken mixture.
