10 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
28 grams Light Mayonnaise
1/2 cup whole Red Seedless Grapes
0.33 cup, diced Celery
0.25 oz Pecans
0.12 serving Skim Fat Free Milk

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken Salad

boil the chicken breasts - let cool and shred into chunks. Add, grapes (or apples) nuts, celery -sprinkle lemon juice on if desired. Mix 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp milk and 1/4 tsp of curry powder. Add to chicken mixture and combine.
