Curry Chicken & Rice - slow cooker for work nights

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken & Rice

3 lbs chicken breast
6 potatoes, peeled, cubed
2 apples, chopped
4 tbsp curry powder
20 oz Chicken broth
4 cups frozen peas, thawed
2 onions, choped
6 cups water
3 cups jasmine rice

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken & Rice

  1. put all ingredients into slow cooker except rice

  2. cook on low for 7-8 hours

  3. add rice, stir and cover for 20 - 30 minutes
