A dish made using chicken flavored with yellow curry, added to Basmati rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp carrots, grated

Sauce:
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup water

Rice:
1 1/2 cups basmati Indian rice

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken

  1. Cook the chicken, onions, garlic, carrots, and olive oil together until chicken is done.

  2. Cook sauce until thickened.

  3. Cook rice as directed and add the chicken and sauce together and add to rice as desired.
