Mild curry flavored sauce with chicken (shredded or diced) served over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken

150 grams Carrots
4 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
18 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat
0.5 cup Whole Milk
20 oz Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice
13.5 oz Coconut Milk, Canned (Liquid Expressed From Grated Meat And Water)
50 grams Sauce Mix

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken

  1. Cook frozen chicken, milk and curry in crock pot.

  2. Shred, cut or dice chicken.

  3. When chicken is done add carrots, diced potatoes, and coconut milk.

  4. Cook until potatoes and carrots are soft.

  5. Add pinapple and juices 15 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve over rice.
