Recipe Ingredients for Curry chicken

15 pieces chicken thighs, boneless skinless
1 tbsp. olive oil
125 g. onion, 1 sliced
3 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
55 g. lemon juice, juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Curry chicken

  1. Brown chicken and onion in butter.

  2. Put in stewing pan with salt and water. Simmer 1 hour.

  3. Add sugar and lemon juice.

  4. Make smooth paste of curry powder, flour, and a little cold water. Add to chicken; stir until it boils.
