A creamy curry chicken dish served over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken

12 oz chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
6 scallions
10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
6 oz skim milk
1 tbsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken

  1. Heat oil in pan

  2. Add cubed chicken pieces, cook on medium heat.

  3. Add sliced scallions, toss and cook for a few minutes.

  4. Add curry to taste.

  5. Add Cream of Chicken Soup, reduce to low, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
