Curry chicken with rice and potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken

5 pounds chicken
3 potatoes
2 cup rice
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp cumin
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken

  1. mix curry powder, cumin, water, olive oil, garlic, onion

  2. fry for 5 minutes

  3. add chicken and coat chicken with paste

  4. cook for 10 minutes on medium heat

  5. add potatoes and coat potatoes

  6. cook for 5 minutes

  7. add 3 cups water

  8. cook for 25 minutes

  9. add salt, pepper to taste
