My own style. 2 tablespoon curry should be enough for this dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken

6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
266 g carrots
340 g sugar snap peas
200 g mixed vegetables
140 g onion
14 1/2 oz canned diced tomato
3/8 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken

  1. Chop everything to small pieces.

  2. Add olive oil to the pan and onion. Stir until onion turn translusant.

  3. Add chicken, tomato, and carrots. Add curry powder and water. Stew about 15 minutes.

  4. Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

  5. Add green peppers and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Add coconut milk and cook for 8 minutes.
