Chicken breast marinated in yogurt/curry sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken

2 pounds chicken breast
1 cup lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken

  1. clean and cut chicken into small pieces

  2. put in a bowl with 1 cup of lowfat yogurt, curry spice and a pinch of salt

  3. let marinate for several hours

  4. remove chicken from marinade, pat dry, add to skillet with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil

  5. stirfry until cooked and serve
