Recipe Ingredients for Curry Chicken & Asparagus

0.5 cup dry Eco-Farmed Brown Basmati Rice
12 serving (Fusion Spice Works) Curry Spice Mix
6 serving (Western Family) Light Coconut Milk
1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
14 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus

Recipe Directions for Curry Chicken & Asparagus

  1. Put rice on to cook according to directions on package.

  2. Preheat frying pan and add sliced chicken breast.

  3. Once chicken is almost cooked, add asparagus and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

  4. Add coconut milk and curry powder and bring to a boil.

  5. Reduce heat and simmer on low until rice is ready.
