1 cup cooked diced potato
1 medium tomato
1 tsp curry powder
3 scallions
1 tbspn olive oil

Recipe Directions for Curry Chick pea and potatoes

  1. heat 1 tablespoon olive oil

  2. add one tablespoon of curry powder

  3. cook for one minute until aromatic

  4. add 1 cup diced potato

  5. add 2 cups of water

  6. add 1 diced fresh tomato

  7. add 15 oz can of chick peas, drained

  8. add 3 scallions

  9. cook until poatotoes are tender and stew is thickened
