Recipe Ingredients for curry cauliflower

1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
397 3/5 grams Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 large Onions
1 oz Indian Spices Garam Masala
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 oz Peppers, Hot Chile, Sun-dried
3 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for curry cauliflower

  1. heat olive oil in pan

  2. slice onions into thin half moons

  3. mince garlic

  4. saute onions, garlic, and garam masala until onions are translucent

  5. add tomatoes and juice from can

  6. add one medium head of cauliflower cut into florettes

  7. Simmer on low heat until cauliflower is tender

  8. season with salt and pepper.
