Curry Cauliflower Lentil Soup with leeks

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Cauliflower Lentil Soup

4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
3 tsp Chicken Base
0.5 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
3 clove Garlic
1 cu Red Lentils
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1 tsp(2 g) Curry Powder
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Curry Cauliflower Lentil Soup

Saute leeks and garlic in butter until soft. Add in rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn heat down til simmering. Cook for 25 minutes. Blend with immersion blender, leaving slightly chunky. Add salt and pepper to taste.
